Book a private session via call/zoom or in person visit to discuss your unique balloon decor ideas and create a show-stopping design. Available in the tri-state area with the option to travel. * $15 Fee assigned for in person consultation anywhere in Philadelphia, out of city travel is priced based on mileage.*
